Women’s Health, Empowerment and Peace Initiative (WOHEPI) is a Non- Governmental, Not- for-profit and non-political organization founded in 2018 as an affiliate of Federation of Female Nurses and Midwives (FENAM) and became incorporated in March 2020 with Corporate Affairs Commission registration CAC/IT/No. 145700.
At the apex governing structure of the organization is the Board of Trustee (BOT) made up of 5 Members headed by a chairperson and a management team made of an Executive Director and 3 management staff: program officer, M&E officer and a financial officer; including over 30 volunteers that assist to perform assignments. Thus, our worth of experiences and capabilities can never be over emphasized. In term of physical resources, the organization has computers, furniture etc. It also has functional office accommodations in Makurdi and Vandeikya Town.
